Use of this website, and information distributed in conjunction with this website is offered to you on your acceptance of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and other notices posted on this website. Your use of this website or of any content presented in any and all areas of the website indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and other notices posted on this website. Right to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions

We shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use without notice or liability to you. Any changes to these Terms of Use shall be effective immediately following the posting of such changes on this website. The most recent version of these Terms of Use may always be found on our website. You agree to review these Terms of Use from time to time and agree that any subsequent use by you of this website following changes to these Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes. These Terms of Use were last modified on December 27, 2006.

Ordering

We have no minimum order. All orders must be confirmed in writing. We will not assume responsibility on your typing errors.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. No COD's. If you want to pay by check or money order, we will allow this only if you mail in the payment with your signed purchase order plus an extra 20% for freight charges. We will refund any difference. Checks take 5 to 7 days to clear before your order will be processed.

Production Time

Between 3-5 working days, time starts when artwork or photos are received and payment is processed.

Atrwork

Can be e-mailed in the form of a JPEG or GIF and of a resolution 300 DPI or greater. On customized images, we will send you the artwork for your approval before processing.

Trademark Notice

We will not assume responsibility for determining who does or does not hold title to a trademark. All copy and artwork submitted by client for use by Cocoa Greetings in producing items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark copyright, patent or similar protection. The client by submitting such material represents that the use thereof by Cocoa Greetings on ordered items does not violate any laws in the use of the copy or material submitted.

Our Guarantee

We make every effort to reproduce and match the quality of the original images we receive. If the image is small and we are requested to make a larger copy some quality may be lost. FDA approved food colorings are limited slightly in some of their color reproduction qualities; therefore, we cannot always guarantee exact tone matches. Our refund policy is to replace items that have been damaged in transit.

Damaged Merchandise

We do everything possible ensure safe delivery of your order, however, in the event that any part of your order arrives damaged it must be reported and claimed with the carrier who delivered it (exp. UPS, FedEx) on day of delivery. Please keep the original packaging to show to driver until claims are resolved with the respective freight carrier. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Food items are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances unless determined otherwise by shipper. Merchandise must be shipped back at customer's expense. Upon return and inspection, defective goods will be replaced.

Shipping Information

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. (PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING) All orders are shipped UPS/FedEx or USPS ground during cool weather. Overnight / 2 day shipping required in warm/hot conditions with Dry Ice - a $10 additional handling charge per box will apply for dry ice if needed. Before placing order please call or email to confirm destination and actual shipping costs and options to your order. We cannot be responsible for late deliveries, or damage in transit.

Note: All sales are final. Since our products are custom made refunds and returns are not available.
